Occasional early weekdays, framed by repeated Saturday visits to the trail. Few visits I have missed. Nature preserved amid housing and commute traffic, slightly hidden away. Listen to quietude. Spring / summer wildflowers frame a small wetland. Dark cold mornings, bright hot mornings, stop to appreciate the views, then parkrun again, again.
